With over 20 years of experience, I have worked across diverse settings — from factory floors and construction sites to home offices, corporate workstations and large-scale fit-outs. This breadth of experience has equipped me with a practical understanding of how different environments impact health, safety and performance.

I thrive on tackling new and complex challenges, developing creative solutions that are tailored to individual and organisational needs.

Through In House OT, I help businesses and individuals outsource their workplace health and ergonomic needs — creating environments that are not only healthier and safer, but also more productive and enjoyable.
